At Doorstep Mobile Fix, we provide our customers with quality repair services backed by a 90-day warranty on mobile screens repaired or replaced by us, effective from the date of invoice.
We guarantee the efficiency of our products and services, and in the event of any valid warranty claim, our experts will resolve the issue as per the applicable terms. However, please note that Doorstep Mobile Fix is not liable for refunds. Failures or defects, if any, will be investigated and resolved in accordance with the terms mentioned below.
Service & Visit Charges
- A minimum Service/Visit Charge of ₹499 must be paid if the repair is denied, the job is not completed, or if the estimated cost is not approved.
Submission of Replaced Parts
- Faulty parts that have been replaced must be handed over to our technician after the repair service.
- If the faulty parts are not returned, the warranty will not be covered.
Warranty Coverage on Screen Replacement
Covered under warranty:
- Touch automatically working
- Touch not working
Not covered under warranty:
- Blank screen, lines, spots, or reflector screen issues
- Any accidental or physical damage after repair
- Issues caused due to excessive or serious external damage that may affect internal components
- Frame bending, twisting, breaking, or repeated screen mistreatment (e.g., forceful push causing discoloration/lines)
- Water/liquid damage
- Hardware tampering or alteration
- Damage caused by attempted self-repair
- Software-related issues unrelated to the repair
- Jailbroken devices
- Any issues unrelated to the original repair
- Any data loss occurring after repair (customers are advised to back up their data before repair)
- Devices transferred/sold to another user (warranty is non-transferable)
- Battery warranty is void in case of:
- Excessive charging
- Battery swelling
- Overnight charging
- Use of non-OEM charging cables/adapters
How to Claim Warranty
To avail the warranty, customers must:
- Send a short video and photos of the issue along with the invoice.
- Email the details to support@doorstepmobilefix.com.
- Once validated, our team will process the warranty claim.
Resolution Time: Our team usually resolves issues within 24–72 hours from the time of query submission. Responses will be provided via email.
Serviceable Areas: Warranty claims are valid only in company serviceable territories.
Important Note: Customers must back up all data before repair to avoid any loss of data, as Doorstep Mobile Fix is not responsible for data loss.
Change, Reschedule, or Cancel Appointment
- Customers can reschedule their booking up to 1 hour before the scheduled time by informing us of the new preferred time and location.
- In case of cancellation after scheduling, a visit charge of ₹399 will be applicable.
What Does the Warranty Cover?
- A 90-day warranty is provided on spare parts replaced by Doorstep Mobile Fix.
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not include damage caused by manual intervention or external factors.
- Warranty is valid only for the part repaired/replaced (e.g., if a screen is replaced, the warranty is valid for the screen only and not for other parts).
